Saddle Up with the Chris Cox Signature Series Saddle
More riders than ever before are discovering that the saddle they ride in directly impacts their body position and therefore, the horse’s performance.

Widely-respected horseman and clinician Chris Cox took this fact into careful consideration when designing his Signature Series saddle. The two-time Road to the Horse champion put his lifetime of experience into creating a saddle with a “center ride” seat that encourages proper balance and positioning.

“The design allows you to better move your legs in all three leg positions and all three seat positions. It has a more centered seat so you can better feel the movement of the horse’s back,” explains Chris. “The fender cut-away lets your leg lay closer to the horse. This is a saddle you can rope out of, cut out of, and use f or regular, all-around horsemanship.”

The rider isn’t the only one who benefits from the saddle’s design. Chris spent years fine-tuning and developing the fiberglass-strengthened wood tree to create a tree that fits the vast majority of horses. Your horse will also appreciate the flare to the tree that allows free shoulder movement.

Hand-made in Texas using top quality Hermann Oak leather, each saddle has pre-turned Nettles stirrups for your riding comfort and easy adjustment. Embossed with Chris’ Diamond Double C logo, saddles are hand-tooled so you can specify the look you prefer.

Available in light and dark oil, women will appreciate the short skirt saddle that is lighter in weight and easier to handle. Seat sizes range from 14 to 17 inches for a custom fit to make your time in the saddle that much more comfortable. Several custom options are available to create a saddle that meets your specifications, and each saddle comes with a satisfaction guarantee or your money back. Prices start at $2,200. Please allow 10 to 12 weeks after ordering for delivery, as each saddle is meticulously hand-made to specifications.

“I wanted to design something I’d want to ride in myself,” says Chris. “I don’t promote anything I don’t use. I ride in this saddle both for regular ranch work and with my performance horses, and I hand inspect every one.”

A Chris Cox Signature Series saddle is an investment in your horsemanship that with proper care can be expected to last for decades. For more information on ordering, please contact the Chris Cox Horsemanship Company at 888-81-HORSE or visit www.chris-cox.com.
