The Spotted Saddle Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association is continuing open books for the registration of tobiano horses. Horses of unknown pedigree or horses that are registered with another association may be allowed registration during this time. Registration guidelines will be the same as current registration guidelines, with these exceptions: Parents won’t be required to be registered with the SSHBEA; the horse can be of any age; and an unknown pedigree will be accepted on both parents.
