Gloucester County Dream Park is a full service equestrian facility. We offer a state of the art, climate controlled indoor, lighted outdoor arenas, dressage and hunter/jumper courses. Multiple facility rental options are available with concession stands, additional halls for meetings or parties and other service options. Dream Park will be open for 44 permanent boarders at $750 per month for full board care with turnout paddocks. Next phase of the park will include 200 acres of trails along Raccoon Creek and the Delaware River. Park will be open for boarding on June 15th. DREAM PARK
Initial Base Amenities
Includes: Temperature controlled Indoor Arena with spectator seating, choice of one outdoor arena, schooling ring, bathroom w/showers, cleaning of rest rooms and showers secretary office, meeting/annex room, announcers booth, sound system, arena, lighting, parking lot, one EMT, one Grounds Person available one (1) hour before the show/event begins through to half (1/2) hour after show/event ends, daily garbage removal, daily manure removal, conditioning and watering of show rings before each show.
Any show over twelve (12) consecutive hours will be charged an additional $100.00 per hour ($25.00 for the EMT and $75.00 for DREAM PARK personnel). EMT charges are included in the per hour charge.
Fee to be paid in full by the end of show / event with exception of any damage fees. $1,100.00
Indoor Arena Only

Stall Rental
Stall rentals do not include 2 bales of bedding. There are (276) 10’x10’ stalls under permanent roof. (No. of stalls billed is based on all stalls used including tack and grooming stalls.)
