According to the manufacturer, the first layer resists flies, ultraviolet rays, soil, and mildew, and is fade resistant. The second layer consists of a waterproof, yet breathable, 600-by-1,200 denier rip-stop nylon, with a “cool plus” lining for maximum absorption. The third layer is a reversible quilted blanket: One side is a 70-denier-nylon liner, and the other side is a 12-ounce, preshrunk poly cotton liner. This blanket is rated from 30 below zero to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
